Terms and Conditions

The CMAP is fulfilled by Ccreators Pte Ltd (herein referred to as "The Company").

The CMAP shall be attended by the enrolled individual (herein referred to as "The Apprentice").

By completing the payment and signing up for the CMAP, The Apprentice acknowledge that he or she have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions, and agree that this forms a legally binding contract between The Apprentice and The Company.

1 GENERAL TERMS

a. The duration of the CMAP is for one (1) year for Indie, Influencers, Ccreators, Thought Leaders and two (2) years for CCEOS. As The Apprentice enrolled in the CMAP, resources will be prioritised and dedicated to The Apprentice from the start till the end of the CMAP.

b. Full enrolment into the CMAP will only be considered and processed upon full Payment of the CMAP fees (herein referred to as “Full Payment”). The Company may, at their sole discretion, offer The Apprentice the option to place a deposit payment for the CMAP (herein referred to as “Deposit”) and the balance of monies payable shall be made in accordance with the payment schedule arranged between The Apprentice and The Company.

c. The Apprentice acknowledge that if he or she make a Deposit, the components of the CMAP shall not be released to The Apprentice until Full payment, and such component release shall be at the sole discretion of The Company.

d. The commencement date of the CMAP shall be upon Full Payment and the designated start date of the CMAP batch.

e. No refunds, downgrades will be given due to the change in physical, mental, or financial situation and lack of action taken. This is because The Company has invested financial resources, manpower, and time to create collaterals and assets for The Apprentice.

f. The Apprentice will be guaranteed an additional 1 year extension of CMAP to help The Apprentice achieve results should The Apprentice underperforms during the initial Apprenticeship. By underperform, it means revenue generated should be at least equivalent to amount invested, depending on tier.

The guaranteed additional 1 year extension are based on the conditions that The Apprentice completes 80% of CMAP (refer to 5 Appendix 1) and agreed challenges during the period of the CMAP.

g. At the end of the CMAP, all components that The Apprentice are entitled to, regardless of whether they have been utilised, will expire and cease to be valid. There shall be no refunds given for any unutilised components at the end of the CMAP.

a. The Company shall have the right to enforce any rights given to it in this Terms & Conditions expressly or by implication. A person who is not a Party shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce any terms and conditions of this Agreement.

b. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore and the Parties irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

c. All disputes, controversies or differences arising out of or in connection with this CMAP Terms and Conditions, including any questions regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall first be referred to mediation in Singapore, in accordance with the Law Society Mediation Rules for the time being in force.

d. These terms and conditions may be altered by notice in writing from The Company.

a. The Apprentice is aware that he or she has to dedicate substantial personal time and effort into CMAP, and may choose to invest into marketing and running expenses to the Apprenticeship.

b. The Apprentice is aware that the CMAP is strictly non-refundable and non-downgradable, past the five 5 business days cooling off period.

a. The Company will have the sole discretion to remove and refund The Apprentice if deemed unsuitable for CMAP.

b. The Apprentice agree and acknowledge that he or she is wholly responsible for signing up for, participation in and/or the outcome of any action, omission or decisions made in relation to signing up for or participation in the CMAP, and that The Company shall not be responsible or liable to The Apprentice, nor under any obligation to indemnify The Apprentice, for any costs, expenses, losses, damages, liabilities which may be incurred or suffered by The Apprentice in connection therewith.
